3. Entries:
Please make checks payable to Otter Creek Farm.
Payment must accompany entry. Entries will not be accepted
without full payment.
Refund given prior to closing date, minus a $10 processing fee.
No refunds after closing date.
Negative coggins dated 2010 is required with entry.
Management reserves the right to cancel/combine classes at their
discretion.
If necessary, a waiting list will be established.
4. Awards:
Prizes and or Ribbons through 6th place awarded for each class.
High % Awarded to USDF Intro -First, Second -Fourth, and FEI classes.
SPECIAL AWARDS: $20 Volunteer gift certificate given
to any volunteer helping for 1/2 day or more.
5. Times:
Times will be available on the web site as soon as the schedule is
finalized, but no later than the Wednesday prior to the show.
6. Stabling:
10'x10' Permanent stalls with sliding doors and stall guards.
7. Non-Competing Horses:
Must submit signed entry with negative coggings and $25.00 to the show
secretary prior to the show
8. Other Information:
Competition Arena: One Standard size arena with lime stone footing.
Additional arenas outdoors if needed.
Warm-up: Outside arena with lime stone footing and on grass or in indoor
with sand footing
All dogs MUST be on a leash and may not be brought near the
dressage rings
Smoking is discouraged on the property
